Wonderful people and company who handled all our property needs for more than a decade.
We have used MNC (in Laurieton and Lake Cathie) continuously for more than ten years as the sole manager of our property to handle all aspects of the holiday rentals, related costs and services and solving every rental problem that arose for our home in Dunbogan over that time. Dianne, Sharon and Tracey gave us consistently superb and worry free service for the entire 10+ years of renting our home. (We live overseas so having an entirely dependable team when we were not using the house was critical to us.)
When it finally came time for us to sell our property we continued on with MNC from the rental part of the business to property sales, headed by David Christensen, with support from Sharon. David and his team were fantastic. The property is a premium one and definitely unique, with all the challenges associated with those characteristics, plus the fact we were overseas through nearly all of the sales process.
MNC delivered big time and with minimum stress on us when it came to the details. All in, MNC and particularly Dianne, Sharon, Tracey and David are wonderful people who handled every aspect of our property needs for more than a decade from holiday rentals to final sale in a friendly, professional, efficient and most productive manner.

It is with some sadness that I say goodbye to Dunbogan, & the staff of Mid North Coast Property, Laurieton.
I have been owner of unit 3 for over 30 years, & for the majority of that time it has been managed as a holiday rental property by the best possible staff, at Mid North Coast Property.
During the management days, the staff at all times were efficient, reliable, & helpful, & it seemed nothing was too much trouble. They have always been friendly & welcoming, & a pleasure to work with, & at times, problems were solved professionally.
During the selling phase, again I have been exposed to the best possible experience. Alex Woodgate has gone out of his way to be helpful regarding every detail, which has contributed to facilitating the most seamless transaction. He was excellent during the negotiation period, but has continued to be supportive for the final stages, such as helping organise the removal of furniture, & other issues, which at times can seem quite daunting to someone living a considerable distance away.
I wish to thank all staff involved, particularly Alex, & Dianne Christensen, who has watched me morph from a mum with three young children, to a grandmother. Thank you all, & I wish you the very best for the future.
